Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Susan Painter, Inc. Any use of this website or its contents, including the copying or storage of it or them, in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose without prior written consent.

Eligibility

In order to make a purchase through susanpainterpottery.com or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our website, you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, and email address; each of which must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. We may change registration requirements from time to time, without notice. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Accuracy of content

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. While the color reproduction is a close representation, every pottery piece is individual and variations in actual goods will and are expected to occur. All sizes are approximate.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Confirm Order’ on the Shopping Basket page of our ordering process.  Feel free to contact us by telephone, should you have any corrections or changes to your order, or to ask about a shipping date.

Shipping

Purchasing online is currently limited to the continental US. We do not charge packing nor handeling fees to ship your pottery. You will be charged the actual price paid to UPS/FedEx/USPS in regard to shipping and insurance fees. Shipping charges will be added to the cost of your order, and charged to your credit card at the time your order is shipped.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible. Once your payment has been processed, you will be emailed a confirmation notice notifying you of the change in order status, along with an estimated shipping date. If you require any additional information concerning your order, or have any special instructions, or concerns, please contact us by telephone. We may not accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain payment authorization. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Availability

Most items are made to order and could take as little as two weeks, or as long as six to eight weeks to complete. If you require your order sooner, or would like to purchase items that are in stock and can be shipped immediately, please call us.

Inspection, returns and exchanges

Upon receipt, please inspect your pottery and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us by telephone, or by email, within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must contact us by telephone or by email within 7 days of receipt, requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is valid for 14 days. Returning goods must be properly packed (in its original packing if possible), shipped prepaid, and insured to:

Your RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label. Failure to include the RMA on the label will result in the rejection of your package.

Payment

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: VISA, Mastercard, or by bank check. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time your order is shipped. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of the your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to Susan Painter, Inc., we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

Cancellation rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of ordering. Please do so by notifying us by telephone. Your cancellation is not valid unless you receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
